Sorry I haven't posted in a while I have been out of town. I don't buy LC products I try to stick with the more natural stuff like meat, nuts & veggies except for LC tortillas but I get those at HEB or Walmart. I normally buy my vatamins & herbs at Good Stuff along with lotions. I have to go there tomorrow because it's Monday that's 20 % discount day plus I'm off on Mondays also.
I noticed that you join Atkins Chicks I probably won't have time to read the back post it's a very active group.
