At least the reporting was relatively balanced and the journalist seemed informed.

But those «high protein» labels bother me. And those comments from nutritionists and Richard Simmons (of all people!)...well, they're way out left field.

As K Walt (or Cerebezin, not sure!) once said, nutritionists are not nutrition experts, but experts in the lipid hypothesis.

They will do anything to protect it, because it is their breadwinner (pun intended).
