Upper body tension workout - 55 minutes
Incline Chest Press
Flat Flye
Flat Bench Press

Pull Over
Bent Over Row
Shrugs

Military Press
Lat Raise

Skull crushers
Kickbacks

EZ Curls
Concentration Curls
Incline curl

Lifted about 20% more this time out. Little tightness in shoulders/upper back area from the dealifts yesterday. Damend IE keeps crashing on me.. outta here!
