I was the same way during the first two weeks. It was very frustrating to read Dr. Atkins book and think all these pounds should be falling off of me.
You are in ketosis, so you are burning fat.
I hope you can hang in there. I thought I was metabolically resistant, but I just lose a little slower than some people.
I am really happy with my progress so far. I have averaged around 1 pound lost per week. It's not a lot but it's good enough for me.
You'll start losing pounds soon
