I must say that statement has whet my curiosity also. I guess those who have pre-ordered from Amazon will be getting it soon(?).
I have seen many routines called 'cardio', depending on the source from walking the dog to intense routines. Personally, I have never cared for hours of 'jumping ' around or jogging (seems I always injured something) intensely, but love walking at a crisp pace & the feeling I have afterward. I think weight training of some form is very important as we age to build muscle & I have found it useful in losing also along with some aerobics.
I guess we will have to be patient and wait for the book!
