Nut flours/meals
I've made chicken strips fried with pecan meal that I bought at the health food store. Everyone really loved it.
I've also got the KetoCrumbs which I used to make Chicken Milanese and it was also delish
too bad our first try of low carb pasta didn't match it.BLAH!
Next time we'll stick with matchstick zucchini.
