OK-
My new exercise goal... walk 15 miles/week.
Walk the 3 mile loop for 2 weeks, then gradually add some jogging.
Be able to run the entire 3 mile loop by October.
Race for the Cure in October.
So far-
Friday- 3 miles
Saturday- 2 miles
