Default Pigs in a Blanket...The Grown-up kind!

OK here's my second recipe contribution, I hope you love it as much as I do!

Ketogenics Low Carb Bread Machine Mix (2 Carbs/serving)
Hot Italian Sausage (Spolumbo's is KICK *SS and 0 Carbs)
Mustard (Your favorite kind)
Egg White

Oven at 350
Prep the dough follow package intructions and set bread machine on 'dough'.
(This part takes 1+1/2 hours)
During this time BBQ or Cook Sausage in a pan and cool.
Divide dough in two and roll out thin.
Cut out a rectangle of dough, place mustard on dough, then sausage, then roll up and seal edge with Egg White.
Bake 20 minutes and enjoy!

This is our Saturday night meal. 1/2 of the dough goes for this, 1/2 goes for Cinnamon Buns on Sunday Morning! We have also used an octoberfest type bratwurst and put mustard and saurkraut inside...just squeeze out all juices from saurkraut first. You can also insert a skewer in one end and use hot dogs for the kids! (soak skewer first in water to prevent burning)
