Interesting... my brother died of that at age 54. That is also what John Ritter died of. I told my doctor and he had me have an ultrasound for it. If you should ever have a sharp, tearing pain in your chest area... get to the hospital! My brother apparently ignored it and laid down to take a nap instead.
