What is really sad is they at least somewhat liked the Keto Biscotti and I liked the Keto Biscotti and it was the only LC cookie without bad SAs and w/o transfats. If Keto had promoted that (and their super premium butter pecan ice cream, which was SA free, though I have to admit very caloric) and forgotten about just about everything else (except made their drink mixes, my mom really liked those) I am quite sure they would still be in business today. Also these companies need to learn market their sweets heavily to diabetics (a pop. that is unfortunately growing), not just LCers.
