Thurs- Did ABS/Core routine, went pretty quick- then didn't feel great so just rested, read my newest Lisa Scottoline book
Fri- Plan to do 45 min cardio/Sculpt routine
Sat- Spinning at 7:15 with the whole gang, YEAH!
Dancing Lesson and dancing practice
Legs routine
Sun- Cardio/Sculpt
Running at least a mile
