When the cheat food is done, I haul myself back on the wagon for the rest of the day. If I spent a whole day cheating, it would be much harder to be good the next day. It's like a cascade effect... I can't let myself fall into the trap of "rationalizing"... well, I already ate X, which was bad, so I might as well write off this whole day, and eat more carbage!
