I figure I'd add my last weeks workouts before I head out to the gym.

M - 60 min tread 745 cals burned, 60 min strength

T - 30 tread 345, 15 weights - had an appointment did workout too long

W - 60 tread 780, 75 strengh, 30 gazelle 291 - had a lot of energy this day

T - 30 Bike 220, 65 tread 821 - gym got a new treadmill and it's so smooth when you walk, I didn't want to get off.

F - 90 tread 1155, 30 strength - most calories I ever burned on a treadmill at one time.

S - 90 tread 1075

S - Rest day, later on in the evening I did 60 min on my gazelle 557 cals burned

Depending how I feel when I get to the gym I'm going to be trying for 2 hours on the treadmill. The only thing about the gym they don't have much air conditioning so you get very hot and you sweat soooooo much. I'll give it a shot until next Monday!!!
