sore back, sore feet, cramp......bad attitude

Tuesday
40 minute MAP walk
really sore feet

strength training
We went to the city gym(really cheap, really old!) and they've got a few new weight machines. It was crowded, but we got in a good workout! I forgot to do abs!!!
