To start a journal:

Go to the My Journal/Bootcamp section (either go to the main page and scroll down or go to "forum jump" at the bottom of the page and scroll down).
The journals are arranged according to username, so Laurie would look for K-L and d4est, you will want C-D.

Do read Doreen's info at the top.
