Hi all I am from Scotland (the Highlands) I have been on the diet for 3 weeks. I myself am finding it difficult to find things I have searched our local shops for Soya flour to make pacakes and lecethin granules. I will get them sometime. Nice to know there are other Scots out there keep up the good work UKrose
