You'll be interested to read some research that proves
High protein Diet Won't Weaken Your Bones.
And here's another study, showing that
Calcium plus protein equals strong bones.
It is a good idea for all low carbers to take calcium and magnesium supplements. The best way is in a 2cal:1mag formulation, usually to a total of 1000:500mg.
