I wish I could say that I'm waiting until after induction. I couldn't resist. I weighed this morning and found that I've taken off 6 lbs. I think I'll wait until after the induction to weigh again. Day four for me today and am thinking that it's getting easier.

Yesterday I stopped at a roadside stand to pick up some Bar B Q to eat for dinner before my class. Come to find out, after the purchase, that the marinade had brown sugar in it. UGH!! I had to sit there and watch while my friend enjoyed. He drove me to Wendy's to grab a grilled chicken salad......he said it was better than starving. It would have been great if i could have had some "GOOD for me" BBQ. I can kick myself for not thinking twice before we went there. I should have known that something was gonna be wrong. I resisted though, and pat myself on the back for it.
