STILL DOING BAD WITH MY EATING AND WATER. I SLACKED WITH MY WORKOUTS TOWARDS THE END OF THE WEEK. MY WEIGHT IS GOING UP EVERY SINGLE DAY...ALMOST BACK TO SQUARE 1 AGAIN.
