Hi Stephen...

You can deduct grams of fiber from carb grams to give you a NET carb count, which is what you actually track. Therefore, on induction, if you have 30g carb, 10g fiber, you have 20g net carbs, which would be right on.

As far as percentages, I've seen different values, but they are essentially: 70% fat, 25% protein, and 5% carbs. I usually hit 65-70% fat, 25-30% protein, and 5% carbs unless I am having a weird day. You may find that in order to keep the numbers right, you need to add butter, cream or olive oil to your foods.
