Thanks Brenda, I actually did start on August 31. I didn't do the BFL workout that day, but I did workout, and started the very next day with the BFL aerobics thing. So those photos are within one day of starting if you don't count Saturday's workout. Didn't do a free day this week since I started on the weekend, but those photos should be ok. I didn't have a newspaper in my hand though.

I guess I should go back to the website. I've been there, just not officially signed up yet.
