Just wanted to share with you a great website from the "Get Cracking - Eggs" folks .. http://www.canadaegg.ca/

Hundreds of recipe and menu ideas for eggs - not all lowCARB of course, but they do include nutrient counts for most. (the Festive Egg Mousse is delicious, perfect for a luncheon or shower buffet - only 1.9 carbs per 1/2 cup serving)

For the kids, there's "The Playground" with lots of stuff and activities - colouring, egg decorating and other crafts, puzzles, games, etc...


I have no affiliation with the Cdn. Egg Marketing Board, etc. bla, bla ..... I just think it's a cool site
