Default kittenki lets get moving!!!

hey there just joined and thought id start an exercise log to remind myself and let others know how much better you feel when you get moving. I like variety so try to go to the gym once a week, belly dancing once a week and swimming once a week. To night did belly dancing it is so great cause it never gets monotonous, is suprisingly hard work yet you dont realise it cause you having to much fun plan to go swimming sat or sunday now. Was looking at my thighs just now, think i can start to see a difference, slightly less wobbly anyway, thats got to be a good thing
