I wanted you all to know I'm feeling alot better. There is nothing like obsessing about the fear of dying.
But I talk to my counsillor and plus I prayed alot.
But to tell you the truth what really helped me was the big thunderstorm that went through last night. It brought wonderful rain which lulled me to sleep... finally.
Oh it was a tough few weeks. Let me tell you.
But as someone mentioned before, once you catch yourself, you can crawl out of the dark hole of dispair.
