When I'm successful it's because I'm thinking "it's all or nothing". If I fall off, I tend to go overboard. If I plan on an endulgance, I have to understand that it must be occasional and I must get right back on plan afterwards. You'll make it. It's just time to re-evaluate and get serious again.
