Looking to change up this too, maybe do some bench dips w/ legs up for tri's and will find others. Back is really hard to find different dumb/bar bell exercises for.
Haven't had doms in upper body in a while.
Rick was trying to compliment me yesterday. He walked by me when I was putting my hair up and he touched my biceps. He says, "wow, you are really getting big." Poor guy...not something to say the day before TOM.
