My favorite salty snack is fried squash. Slice the yellow squash in very thin slices ( a little thicker than a potato chip) Fry in olive oil a few at a time until the are nice and crispy. Drain on paper towel. Salt with coarse Kosher salt. They are wonderful. Please let me know how you like this recipe.
