Today I did:

dumbbell single leg squat (11.5 lbs): 3 sets of 12
lever lying leg curl (25 lbs): 3 sets of 12 *
dumbbell lateral raise (6.5 lbs): 3 sets of 12 *
dumbbell shoulder press (6.5 lbs): 3 sets of 12 *
dumbbell fly (6.5 lbs): 3 sets of 12 *
dumbbell incline bench press (9 lbs): 3 sets of 12 *
dumbbell one arm triceps extension (6.5 lbs): 3 sets of 12 *
dumbbell kickback (6.5 lbs): 3 sets of 12 *
