Default I don't think of exercise as calories

I have some things I do, and when I do them regularly, I feel better and I am encouraged to do more. I do a strength routine, and I try to "run" with the dogs and sometimes I run more than others, and I do a yoga routine before bed.

Virtually any movement is better than none, but after a while you will need to do more for it to keep being better for you. But the biggest thing of all is to do it so that you KEEP doing it, even if some days are "better" than others. Think of it in the same light you think about brushing your teeth.
