That's a good amount.... what type of exercise are you doing? Cardio and weight training? Just cardio? (Sorry my IT police block the stupidest sites )
They key to the calorie's burned during a workout is not actually how much you burn during the actual workout but the overall effect it has on your metabolism. Working out will help boost your metobilsim and build muscle which means that your body will in turn be burning more calories than what we think. That's the bonus of a good exercise program.
