I agree...
... I do much better on meats and salads type eating. I feel better, fat melts off, and I feel better, and fat melts off.... oh, yeah!!!!
I think the hardest part is finding what works for you. My sister has the same chemical makeup as me, as when I ate as she did (crap, ice cream, lots of carbs, little meat) I bloated up. But when I started eating mostly meat, the fat slipped off. And now that I know what works for me (higher fat, carbs from salads/green veggies) i'm doing much better.
