Oh my God - I don;t know about everyone else, but huge alarm bells are ringing ....
You are only 13, you are too young to be worrying about your weight. Your weight is pretty healthy - remember that you are still growing!!!!
I recommend come off low carb - excercise moderatley ( you should be getting enough at school) and just watch what you eat.
If you truly think that you are overweight consult your Doctor She/He can recommend something appropriate for your age and build......
