Hi Anne Thanks for the info. It is good to contact lo carbers because we really need support. Even though i have lost 13 pounds on atkins i still worry sometimes that it is not really totally healthy.I have read all about Atkins and it seems to make sense but it does attract a lot of adverse publicity.
