Default is my exercise routine ok?

hi
im new at these thing of exercising, so i was wondering if im doing it right:
i make 30 bike minutes and 120 abs every week day, in the afyernoons, becuase i cant do them in the mornings.
¿is it ok?
something else
id love to make the best routine of all to dissapear that horrible belly and hip fat. ¿ what routine do you recommend me?
im 13 years old, weigh about 130 lbs and my height is about 5´8´ or 170 cm.
