Debbie,
I will share what I take almost daily,,, seems like a lot,,, I did lots of research on most of it... I am Diabetic type 2,,with some damage to my nerves, and have been shared to death about it.
my new puppy helps me walk more,,,she enjoys it
but some days don,t want to move
