Well - I just went for my first bike ride of the season (too cold in the winter here to do it all year long) and also my first bike ride as an LCer... the only thing that felt different from last year was that my tailbone aches... OMG! It must be the Atkins! Then again.. it does at the start of every bike season...

And what the h*ll is a "state of bonk"???
