It would appear the verdict is out on the water deal, too. Recently they are starting to re-think that impossible 12 gallons of water a day (well that's what it felt like!) theory. I've always questioned it, myself. When I am unable to sit for more than half an hour without getting up to pee.... Drinking anything to the point of being uncomfortable (not to mention completely annoyed) doesn't sound like a good health plan to me.
I take the efx, too, by the way. Tried the formula with the ephedrine and found myself in bed with tremendous cramps. Ow, ow!
