Now tell me, I only remember seeing one study that "proves" that saturated fat is bad -- the bunny test (the one where they fed sat fat to rabbits and it clogged their arteries). All the other tests I have seen seem to imply that at worst it's neutral, especially when taken in conjunction with the other fats that comprise animal fat. Am I wrong? Misguided?
