I make some nice homemade crackers that I got out of Dana Carpender's receipt books. 1/2 shredded sharp cheddar, 1/2 raw pumpkin seeds. They have a nice strong flavor and have fat, protein, fiber, and all the nutrition you get from pumpkin seeds, which is a lot. And they're crunchy.
