I thought it was just giving up caffeine, but
sounds like it may be the diet...ahum..WOE.
I usually have a hard time falling asleep. Was
starting to worry if it was insomnia. But within
a week of starting Atkins, I sleep like a baby,
wake up refreshed, and with LESS sleep than
it normally takes to recharge me.
Less sleep needed, more energy, and losing weight!!
WOOOOHOOOOOO!!!
