Glad you're back and that you've got the drive to get back on plan and continue the great progress you had made...

I was away for 2 weeks during my recent move and I also ate some foods that I would usually avoid simply out of conveniece. Funny thing is, I really didn't enjoy them much and I found I really preferred my LC foods. Couldn't wait to get back to the usual LC routine!

No doubt you'll toss those 8 pounds soon...
