Finally! After years of playing between 220 and 250 I finally managed to get my weight to a new 10 yr low of 199! It feels so good to see the scale make it below the 200 lbs mark! Yesterday marked the start of my fifth week with a total lost of 21 lbs. Thanks to all the posts and advice given by the members here. I couldn't have done it without all the help

Now to continue and buckle down with work to get the rest of the job (20 lbs of work!) done. Wish me luck!

It feels good to wake up in the morning feeling lighter!
