Hi All,

I am not totally new to this but i need to know something.

Is Ryvita a safe low-carb food ?

I recently got tired of salad and today had 4 ryvitas with cheese and ham - WAS FANTASTIC but i cant tell if they are high carb or not.

They seem to be lower than bread but am not sure
ANY ADVICE WOULD BE WELCOME!!!
