I had oatmeal for breakfast, skipped lunch, went to a friends for dinner. Had Velveeta & Rotel dip with Triskits and steak. I really didn't have any veggi's today or fruit
Drank a lot of water though.
I did have a great steak dinner the night before with a huge salad.
