Dr. Byrnes, as usual, a great article. I particularly liked:

My opinion is that it is over-consumption of carbs and starving yourself that causes road rage. I know from personal experience that since I started low-carbing my moods swings and "rages" have decreased to almost none. And I am much nicer on the road than I ever was before.

Dr. Schwarzbein explains the connection between serratonin and carb consumption quite well in her book. For me it was quite compelling.
