again, didn't lose much weight, but i've always been a slow loser, but i did notice that the inches were coming off.

i get on the scale once a week, and measure once aweek. i measure myself this friday so keep your fingers crossed for me.

i do feel 100% better, those nasty carbos were dragging me down and i never realized it!
