Hi there......

I think over and above controlling carbs, we need to be learning a new way to eat. One of the things that most of us need to learn is how to eat foods we love and enjoy in moderation. That said...it would be up to you, how many slices you could eat in a day and perhaps you can determine that by asking yourself whether or not YOU are in control?

Part two of my answer is that you'll need to be aware of whether or not indulging in this bread causes your weight loss to slow or stop.
