Well, I'm missing my honey. He won't be back for another 2 1/2 weeks. Well, at least I'm getting my early morning cardio in, no morning distractions
Oh well, not seeing movement on the scales. I know,I know a scale is lesson in frustration.
I know everyone says that I'll lose inches...It's not happenin'!
Well, I've only been back in REAL training for less than 2 weeks. That means no happy hour cocktails- destressing vodkas-crap-well-none for 1 1/2 wks.
<sigh> If I stick to my program, do you think it will work? I'm really giving it my ALL this time. I'm not just dieting, and I'm not just exercising....I'm doing both. I 'm finding fitday really helps me keep track.
