Hey there.......
I'm definately a high protein/low carb shake for breakky kinda person! It's quick and easy and can be packed along with me if need be.
Another suggestion would be to "think outside of the box" and have non breakfast type breakfast. Leftover chicken breast, burger patties, slices of roast beef all make excellent 'grab and run' type foods. Not to mention hard boiled eggs if you really want to stick with traditional breakky type food.
