Going to body sculpt class. Have to mow lawn tonight after work so no bike (cardio) Plenty of hills to pump up the old ticker.
OK back from class...it was a good one. Gonna do 30 mins cardio (lifecycle) tomorrow am.
Food today:
Breakfast: 2 fried eggs
3 strips of bacon
1T cream cheese
Lunch:
CHicken breast marinated in Key lime juice, garlic and olive oil
I forgot how good that was!!!!
1/2 c sliced cukes
2T Kens Italian
DInner: chicken breast like lunch
sliced cukes topped with cream cheese
Snack:
1/2 cup SF Chocolate Pudding(really takes away the craving for chocolate cake!)
